Are cleaners’ police checked ?
Yes, all cleaners registered with the services are required to provide a police clearance check.
Are cleaners trained ?
Regardless of experience, cleaners attend a compulsory 3 day training workshop to ensure a consistent approach to cleaning. Knowledge is also provided on different products, equipment and cleaning surfaces
Are you an environmentally-conscious cleaning company? Do you utilize Green cleaning products ?
We pride ourselves on being an environmentally-friendly commercial cleaning company that uses Green products and cleaning methods where possible.
Should Some One stay in the office during the cleaning appointment ?
We do not oblige our customers to stay while we do what we need to do. We understand that people are busy too and that they have their own duties to fulfill. Clean Group cleans after hours while the entire office sleeps. This will ensure that we are not disrupting any work that is being done in the office during the daytime. In some cases, customers also prefer cleaning during working hours – we are also totally fine with that.
Do we have to sing a contract ?
Our Maintenance Agreement is non-binding. We only need a 30-day notice in case you choose to terminate your contract with us. Clean Group will not, in any way, force you to sign anything that will keep you from canceling the agreement.
How many cleaners come to the clean ?
Ocean Building Maintenance based the number of cleaners who work on the premise of the size of the place.
Do you get the same cleaner each time ?
Yes, you will be allocated the same cleaner . If your cleaner is sick or on holidays, we would endeavor to allocate you a replacement cleaner.
Do You cover my Location ?

Do we need to provide you with own cleaning equipment or supplies ?
No. Ocean Building Maintenance incorporates the cost of these supplies and equipment when we do our quote.
